The company CHPS Ltd. was entered into the Commercial Register on August 5, 1996. It began its activities in one rented office with the bright idea to create a universal customized workspace for dividing material precisely according to shape and following the example of many European workshops. The first technological unit - water jet - was put into operation in January 1997. The beginning phase was a learning experience among technical laymen in a broad region where modern technology such as this was as yet unknown. The company was continuing to systematically build up its reputation for being a strong, flexible and very reliable firm, not least among its circle of satisfied customers. In January 2001 another technological unit was put into operation - the laser-cutting machine. The market was prepared for this new workspace and it simply took off, giving the company further impulse for expanding its activities. In 2002 it received certification for the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and the number of employees exceeds more than 30. In 2003 we installed another unit for cutting by water jet. In terms of organisation, our company is divided, beside the economic department and the managing director, into two independent divisions - METAL and WATER.

It is the development of the Metal division focused on quality processing of stainless and other metal sheets that is the priority of the company at the moment. In April 2004 we bought and installed new CNC break press and other equipment for the Metal division. We join Europe as a quality and reliable subcontractor. In 2006 we was collaborate just with six important customers from Germany and Great Britain. Today the company CHPS s.r.o. has over 45 employees and we achieved a turnover of more than 60 million CZK (more than 2,4 milion euro).
